My Son and the dogs….

well.. remember a while back that I chatted about changing the tv room around because Franklin fell off the couch..  and my son had measured so that we could build a ramp..

well.. we haven’t built the ramp.  Franklin does not go up on the couch anymore unless we are there and help him up..  which is ok.. he has a choice of three comfy beds on the floor that he likes.

But.. I just have to share.. this is what I came home to about 6 weeks ago when I left work early….

Caught.. on camera!!

I'm Canadian eh? living in Southwestern Ontario. My crew consists of my sweetie Fred, my son (25yrs) and my daughter (22yrs) as well as our 4 legged kids, Maggie (12yrs) and Wilson (1year). Franklin was my sweet boy who was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in September 2012. His leg was amputated on December 4, 2012. He was the cutest tripawd on this planet. He was happy every day. His tail was always wagging. Lung Mets took him from us on May 15, 2013. Rainbow bridge became a happier place with his arrival. We miss him terribly everyday. We lost our kitty in September 2012. Diesel, who was 18 1/2 years old when he passed at home, was (and still is) the Godfather. He is missed terribly by all. They are curled up together sleeping at the bridge under the stars, happy to be sleeping buddies again.

  1. Now that is a “kodak moment”! What an adorable picture:-)

I really feel sorry for people who don’t know how to fully appreciate the love of dogs! They have nooooo idea of the bliss that can be added to their lives.

That is a wonderfully touching photo and so cute:-) 🙂

Was just your son s boring or were they all?

Is that Frank on the right butt to butt with your son? It looks like he might be trying g to push our some off? Or is Frank our son’s pillow?

Thanks for Sharing a great moment,

    Sally and Happy Hannah
